Short Description: Recombinant-Human CA125/MUC16-C-His-Avi protein was developed from hek293 and has a target region of C-His-Avi. For use in research applications.

Dilution Range: Upon receipt centrifuge vial to ensure maximal product extraction, recommended: 20sec, 5K RPM

May contain numerous disulfide bridges. Association of several molecules of the secreted form may occur through interchain disulfide bridges providing an extraordinarily large gel-like matrix in the extracellular space or in the lumen of secretory ducts.
Function Thought to provide a protective, lubricating barrier against particles and infectious agents at mucosal surfaces.
